  : Very convenient to the centre of Brescia, Just a few hundred metres south of Piazza della Vittoria. Modern, clean and quiet, with a nice en-suite bathroom.The host was very helpful, providing a town map and advice on the main sights.There is Lift access and Breakfast is included.

  : The hotel is in a very central location, just a few minutes from one of the main squares. We have expected a hotel room, but got an apartment, which was very well equipped (full kitchen, washing machine, etc.). The apartment was very big and had a small private courtyard. Had a feeling of staying in someone's home, than in a hotel.
  : The apartment had a very well equipped kitchen, but no dishwashing liquid, coffee maker and a kettle, but no coffee or tea. The biggest disadvantages were a really loud sound of running water, when someone above the apartment used the bathroom, quite hard bed and tap water, which smelled and tasted weird.

  : Gaetano contacted me on WhatsApp before arrival and met us at the property to show us our room. The room was spacious with all the facilities we needed. We were very comfortable and loved the view of the street from the large window. Convenient location, walkable from the train station. We were pleasantly surprised that the room was serviced every day. Breakfast was available and this included fresh pastries on some days. Overall I would highly recommend La Filanda, it was perfect for our 4 night stay. Thank you!
  : There was nothing we disliked. We appreciated that breakfast was included, but it could be improved with fresh fruit or something that isn't wrapped in plastic (being picky!)

  : Large bedroom and bathroom in a lovely house (with lift) in the heart of Brescia's old town. 2 minutes' walk from Piazza Vittoria, which has plenty of restaurants to choose from. Good communication with the host beforehand and nice welcome. The breakfast buffet is perfect.
  : Very patchy wi-fi.

  : In general, everything was good. The location was very good. Room was fine and although in the city center but far from the main street, therefore it was quiet.
  : If the owner wants to improve the breakfast it would be good to provide also some fresh foods and eggs, although many other options were available. If the bed was a little more comfortable and the no noise from the roof, then it was really perfect. These are not to complain, but points to improve.

  : Clean, neat and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and powerful shower. Friendly and responsive staff. The breakfast, although not freshly made, is plentiful with lots of choices of food and drinks.
