: A very cozy and relaxed place close to nearby attractions. The facility was walking distance from the train station to Rome.

: Nice and calm environment, clean and spacious house with a kitchen and everything you need in there (coffee, oil, spoons, bottle opener, frying pans, pots etc.). Owners offered us veggies from their garden and also left a bottle of water next to our door. Also there was a very friendly and lovely donkey next to the house :)
: It is a bit complicated to reach Bracciano or some supermarket. Its 5-10 min by foot from the station Vigna di Valle which is 5min by train from Bracciano station and around an hour by foot. The last train from Bracciano to Vigna di Valle leaves 22:03 so you are tight with time. You have to plan your day cause the train goes once in an hour. In the description its written that its 700m from Bracciano station wich is not true.

: The accommodation met my expectations, I have already been there three times. A pleasant place to relax. About 15 km to the sea and 10 minutes to the lake by car. Shops and restaurants in nearby Bracciano or in the beautiful town of Anguillara Sabazia (foto)

: We loved how we were greeted by the owners of the place and how helpful they were with information about the surrounding areas. The land surrounding the house was super beautiful with a nice view of the cities and the lake. They sell their own olive oil, produce, and eggs for anyone that wants them and had a full kitchen that was very clean. The hot water stayed hot for a long time and the bathroom was also clean.
: We were a little thrown off by the location of this place, due to the fact that it was a 15-minute walk from the nearest train station on a dirt one-way road with minimal signs. We are two young women and we walked alone to the house late at night one night and there were no lights making it feel incredibly unsafe. We even took extra precautions the next night to ensure that we were back from our day out before the sun set. Also, the wifi was very spotty and with it being so far away from the cities, cell service was also a little hard to come by.
