  : Fronrlt of house and room attendant staff friendly and polite, location was perfect to visit family.
  : Room was 2 star. The Shower and toilet was disgusting. We took photos and complained to the manager and asked for our money back for the room 159 euros. Their response was shocking, blaming us for high expectations and for our comments on the facilities and amenities. Saying that next time we should stay somewhere else, that was a 5 star hotel. Saying that we were clearly used too.. Terrible way to treat quests. No kindness, no consideration and no customer focus. They gave us 50 euros back after our stay saying it was a good will gesture.We borrowed iron and ironing board from reception but it was burnt on the steel plate and ironing board cover was soiled and dirty. They only have one iron for the hotel...we complained about that also, they said they had a minibar, but the fridge was old and rusty inside and had nothing inside it? We coplained about that tooBreakfast was shocking, continental breakfast with no dietry requirement signs in english anywhere until the 4th day of our stay. After we made the complaint they put a sign up stating Gluten Free near a small table. There was no toaster, only sandwhich maker! The eggs abd bacon in the cheffing dishes were cold every morning. One day my husband opened a boiled egg, and was shocked to see that the white of the egg was jelly and black..we showed the waitress..she was shocked.A Terrible experience.

  : Rooms were clean and cozy. Friendly staff. Breakfast was really good, and in the evenings in the bar nicest guy - Gianluca was making super cocktails
  : Sound isolation of doors wasn't very good, could hear every noice from corridor... And smell of some air refreshener in corridor was so pungent and strong that it could cause tears from your eyes and breathing troublesI understand that it was with the best of intentions, however it caused some discomfort.

  : Comfortable, clean rooms in a quiet area. The food was tasty and the staff friendly and helpful.
  : This is not the best location if you want to travel by public transport. The food is tasty but almost the same every day.

  : the room and furniture & bathroom were from 1980/1990.breakfast included was not a big choice at Sunday morning 9:00 after a big bus group has left. service people explained that there will be no more eggs or sausages/ham anymore. This was a bit surprising.
