  : The internet was not working. Not all the facilities from the description were found such as shampoo, shower gel (but they were bring by the staff which was super ok ), there wasn't also a hair dryer. Also the main light from the bathroom was not working

  : The location is excellent, The apartment is small and suitable for a couple.
  : The maintenance of the place is not good! A blockage in the shower, a broken toilet cover, Dust on the headboard in a bedroom. There was no heating and it was very, very cold! No credit card payment is accepted for the city tax payment.

  : We have had a very bad experience with the apartment in Bologna. Before the arrival, it was difficult to contact the agency CleanBnB, which takes care of the apartment for the check in.From the first day on, there was no heating and no warm water in the apartment and it stayed like that for more than 40 h. The electricity faded as well for 12 h. Even though we could inform our contact person from CleanBnBn about the issues, nobody came to fix or even take a look at the boiler and electricity for two days. In addition, we could not reach anybody by phone superior to our contact person and in charge of the apartment, which was really frustrating.We absolutely do not recommend this apartment or others provided by CleanBnB. For the first two days, nobody felt responsible for us and we spent two days in Bologna without time to visit the city. Meanwhile, we were trying to solve the problems in the apartment. This is not what we were expecting for the price we paid.

  : The location is very close to the Piazza Maggiore(8-10 min walk). It's just like in the pictures. Clean apartement and the host was very nice and positive.
