  : lovely location, central to everything and can definitely recommend on the basis of location!
  : apartment is nothing like it seems in the pictures provided! the couch was broken and still is. the 3 chairs at the dining table were all completely broken but Gloria did have replacements sent to the apartment which helped immensely! There was no sheets on the duvets themselves and only sheets on the bed. During winter this is awful and completely unhygienic. I to had to wash the duvets as I found bodily hairs from the previous guests.I washed everything in the apartment, wiped every surface and tried my best to leave it in better condition than when we arrived, for the next guests. The apartment internally needs more TLC and probably better management. I really hope they can turn it around for future guests as its in a lovely location and the size of the apartment is great for a family or long stay!

  : Nothing. It was the worst place weve ever stayed.
  : The photos are completely false compared to what the apartment actually is like. The couch is literally slashed in half, plus a metal part is sticking out on the side. Its impossible to sit on (including to try and watch the minuscule TV thats far away.) Theres holes in the wall and rust and dirt both on the stove in the kitchen and all over the bathroom, including the shower, where the shower head is broken (so you cant take a shower properly, always having to hold the hose in one hand since the dial is gone) and the bottom part of the shower stall is falling apart. The bedroom facing the street has no insulation and theres parties on the street every night until 5 am, you feel like youre in a nightclub. Both beds have old, thin and dirty mattresses and no sheets to cover the duvets, which are stained yellow. Several lamps dont work. Furniture like the rug and another table shown in the photos are completely missing. There was dust and dirt all over the floors and walls and windows, clearly no proper cleaning had been done.The worst part is we immediately pointed out the issues to the guy who checked us in, who feigned shock at the state of the place and said hed speak to the owners immediately. when we got no reply, I reached out to them and was completely ignored. Then I reached out to booking.com and the owners requested photos to prove the damages. I provided everything, but they proceeded to ignore me. As you can see in a review from December, the couch has been broken minimum for half a year and nothing has been done, despite the hosts claiming they would. Especially tasteless - they used the floods (which didnt affect bologna city center) as a reason for not fixing the couch. The tragic floods were in the last week, not since last December. plus, theres no other excuse for unhygienic and missing basic amenities.Given the discrepancy between the photos and the actual apartment I highly advise not to trust this place or host.

  : Good size beds, kitchen and bathroom. We liked the amount of storage in the bathroom so we each had a drawer and plenty to counter space Lots of restaurants and bars around. Easy walk to most of the attractions
  : The quiet street turns into a nighttime hot spot, with a lot of noise until the early hours of the morning.
