  : I booked two apartments, and during the reservation, I requested that they be close to each other, but when I went to the office, I was surprised by another reservation

  : No one apologized for the mistake of not giving us the proper apartment, the only solution was for us to move to another apartment but only one day later (not easy to enjoy vacation with two kids having to move again with all the stuff in 24hours)We moved to the other apartment which had a washing machine and was ok in general but there was no toilet paper, no towels etc so instead of finally enjoying the vacation, we had to go and buy toilet paper!!! (Again, no one picked up the phone, my message was answered a day later by hanging 2 rolls of toilet paper on the door)Probably a nice place but the mistakes and lack of support from the Agency left pretty bad memories in us - not planning to return to the Bibione region for a while.
