WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 3 years old stay for € 3 per person per night when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 1 year old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property.
Please inform Residence G. Verdi in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out.
Please note that late check-in is not possible. In order to secure your reservation, you will be contacted by the property to arrange payment of a deposit.
The accommodation must be left clean or an additional cleaning fee will apply.

Please note that sun loungers and a parasols are free for weekly stays only.

Please note that for stays of at least 7 nights, the beach service is included in the price.

Please note that final cleaning service is available upon request and costs up to EUR 50.

You can rent bed linen on site and costs EUR 9 per person. You can rent towels on site (1 face towel +1 bath towel) for € 6,00. In case you need to rent bed linen&towels the cost will be € 13,00.

Please note that full payment of the booked stay is due on arrival.
