  : Dear Booking.com, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep disappointment and dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Laguna Park Hotel in Italy, which I had booked through your platform. I encountered several issues during my visit, and I kindly request your assistance in resolving them. Upon check-in, I was not informed that guests were not allowed to use the beach on the last day of their stay. This information was crucial to me as my primary reason for choosing this hotel was its proximity to the beach. This lack of disclosure significantly impacted my experience and left me feeling misled. Furthermore, the attitude and behavior of the hotel staff, particularly the reception employees and their manager, were highly unprofessional, rude, and dismissive. When I approached them to discuss the issue, they were condescending and unhelpful, claiming that their policy prevented them from assisting me. This treatment was completely unacceptable and left me feeling disrespected as a guest. To add to the list of grievances, upon entering my room, I discovered that the housekeeping staff had carelessly thrown the pillows and blanket onto the floor while making the bed. This lack of attention to detail and disregard for basic cleanliness standards was distressing and further diminished the quality of my stay. Yesterday, I contacted your customer service, and I was assured that if I proceeded with the check-out, I would be refunded for the second night. However, I was recently notified that the refund cannot be processed. This inconsistency in information has only added to my frustration and the overall negative experience. Given these circumstances, I kindly request that Booking.com intervenes in this matter and facilitates a refund for the second night of my stay. I believe it is only fair to compensate me for the substandard conditions, the unprofessional behavior of the hotel staff, and the failure to provide accurate information

  : Dark room towels, beach towers were with paper, sea view was confirmed but not available, room cleaning could come at 8:00 and if you asked to come later they didnt, bed sheets were being changed once every 5 days, many of the staff did not know how to use pos terminal, had to take out the car immediately after charging, toothbrush had to be picked up from the reception and paste was enough for a single use. The list is endless, would never recommend.

  : Second time here. Excellent premises, facilities, service and food. Excellent location, too.
  : Unexpectedly, the air conditioner turned on automatically around 3 in the morning every night, the blower mouth being positioned above the couch where my little girl was sleeping.

  : We booked half-board: Breakfast was amazing, good variety and excelent quality. Dinner was also good, one of the best tiramisu weve had in Italy! The hotel is right in front of a private beach and close to several restaurants and shops. It has its own private parking. People at the reception and restaurant were very nice and did everything to attend our needs.
  : The bathroom of our room was prepared for people with disabilities which was strange when we wanted to use the shower because the entire floor was flooded and slippery which is not great when youre travelling with a 1,5 year old baby.

  : Well, it is difficult to say something about the hotel. Because everything was great. Location. Perfect check-in, service, room with nice balcony, parking garage about 10 meters from the hotel. Private beach and nice pool in hotel area.
  : Actually, we had little bit problem with air condition in the room. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it did not. Also small detail on the breakfast, we were told to wait every day in the breakfast room entrance till someone comes and takes us to the table. We spent there 3 nights and every morning nobody was there. After 5 minutes of waiting, we just went inside and found someone from the staff to give us a table. But he looked at us and asked us very directly, that we are supposed to stand at the front door. But for the hole time of our stay in the hotel, we saw nobody there.
