Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 20 per person per stay when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
Children up to and including 16 years old stay for € 30 per person per stay when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

A damage deposit of EUR 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
You are required to bring your own towels.

Guests should leave the apartment clean, otherwise charges apply.

Please note that the tennis court comes at a surcharge.

Beach umbrella, beach chair and beach lounger can be booked at main office for 60 EUR weekly altogether with a weekly reservation.

Included in the price there is a shuttle bus going to the beach in the Terme area. This service is provided only during high season (between end of May until mid September).
