Policies

WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 10 per day.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 10 per person per night when using an available cot.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of EUR 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
A surcharge of:
EUR 15 applies for arrivals between 20:00 to 20:59;
EUR 30 applies for arrivals between 21:00 to 21:59;
EUR 45 applies for arrivals between 22:00 to 22:59;
EUR 60 applies for arrivals between 23:00 to 23:59;
EUR 75 applies for arrivals between 00:00 to 00:59;
from 1:00 am it is no longer possible to check in.
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property."

Service subject to availability, prepayment with Paypal. The late check in service is activated upon receipt of payment. Deadline for receipt of payment, 6.00 pm on the day of arrival. if the payment is not received within the terms, the service will not be possible
