  : Brilliant location, lovely city views, clean and spacious rooms. Check in was very straight forward and easy. Property felt very secure and safe.
  : There was no wine glasses and no sharp knife. One curtain rail falls down if you try and open or close the curtains.

  : The location is wonderful if you're looking to stay in the lower town. It is walkable to the train or bus station. The two bedrooms are bright and were surprisingly quiet given their location at the corner of a busy intersection.
  : Not very secure -- the outer building door remained unlocked and the host told me that all the apartments have the same lock box code (our first apt was not ready, so she had us move to another). There is no tea or coffee provided. There is no laundry detergent provided (although I left some!). The common room is very dark and there is no TV. I did not like having to check in via a 3rd party app and provide my passport info this way, rather than meet someone in person. The shower is very small and some of the furniture is in bad repair (bedside lamp missing a plug, table in bathroom in bad condition). One TV was missing remotes and therefore didn't work. I couldn't have the WiFi code and it took the host most of the day and multiple texts to get back to me (it was given behind the door, but the network was not noted). The kitchen facilities are extremely minimal -- 2 burners and a micro.

  : Excellent location, short walk from train station and to old town. Very spacious apartment, main bedroom is huge!
  : Would have been nice to have some tea /coffee sachets, bottle of water on arrival. Beds are metal so a bit squeaky. Constant hum sound in apartment. Need to change batteries in TV remote, unable to use.

  : The location is good for city walks, travelling in the region and with a nice view from a window.
  : An overall experience was totally ruined and didn't look like a fair deal. Personally, I consider this as an extremely poor value for money.1) The host is polite, but at the same time the host doesn't respond and doesn't help. I really hate to give a bad review in my journeys, but this is the case of quite remarkable unresponsiveness and lack of any support and responsibility. I had just 3 questions, repeated and re-worded in several consequent messages: about time of arrival, about broken facilities in the living area, and about host's request to pay the city tax for the second time. After a long delay I've got a short response to the 2nd question only with a promise to show up -- but this didn't happen. How this is possible?2) On our arrival a control block for air conditioning in the living area was broken, and one of two hanging lighting bulbs switched between normal light and very dark light at random periods of time. Living area with "kitchenette" is a dark area without windows and fresh air immediately close to the entrance hall. Visualize random flipping of one of two bulbs when you eat and periodic bright flashes from the broken control block at night (it's restarting in loops), add impossibility to deliver fresh air to the living area and you probably understand my frustration with respect to the value for money and overall comfort.3) "Kitchenette" is really poorly equipped and has a very slow stove. It's also not thought-out and sometimes it's just worn out. For instance, I was afraid that glass door could crack and fall apart each time when I tried to fetch a cup/dish from the locker. Another example, you have 4 chairs to seat when you eat -- for 5 persons. One is always waiting until someone finishes eating...4) Living area where 1 person sleeps is just a sofa bed immediately next to the "kitchenette" table. In the same dark, blinking and suffocating area.

  : We had a pleasant stay at this comfortable apartment! Situated at the centre of the town makes it really convenient and we were able to go around on foot to all interesting places! The host was very helpful and understanding to everything we needed it! Thank you very much!
