Disappointing

  : The room was dirty, no shower curtain, kettle didn't work, curtains hanging off in spare room, no soap or very basic toiletries.

  : Just stayed for 1 night - Location and facilities. Clear indications to arrive to the apartment. 3rd bed (sofa-bed) was ready to be used.
  : Cleaning can be improved. Unfamiliar with Check-in process.

  : The location is absolutely spot on. Just up the road from the train and bus/coach station. Great for everything in the lower town and a steady fifteen minute amble to the funicular to get to the upper town. The apartment is also quite large with an extra bed in a second bedroom. All other facilities you would expect to be there were. If you are after a budget stay in central Bergamo then this is right up your street. Compared to hotel prices it is very favourable. We would definitely stay again.
  : On arrival the toilet was stuffed with loo roll and the shower was freezing. The taps to control the shower were quite grimy to the touch and needed cleaning. But that maybe down to the fact that we were told we could arrive earlier and the room was still being cleaned when we turned up. Tea and coffee for the morning would have been nice but this is not a hotel and had we been stopping for more than one night we would have bought our own. For me the above are minor things. Overall we were very happy.

  : We did not like anything. Disappointing apartment and zero recommendable.
  : -We didn't like anything. -As soon as we arrived at the hotel we were surprised that our room was occupied by other tenants. -They gave us a new one, and it was the worst. Full of dirt everywhere, very uncomfortable beds, kitchen and bathrooms full of dirt.

  : close to bergamo train and bus station and good for transport with some restaurants etc nearby
  : theres a main road outside that doesnt stop and the windows doesnt keep out the noise so very disturbed sleep
