  : The location was perfect. The apartment was beautiful. Kristina was superb. I highly recommend Casa Di Sofia Citti. We'll be back
  : Everything was perfect. Sitting out on the balcony having cappuccinos. A restaurant below the apartment. A shop around the corner. Restaurants, piazzasand shops all around us. We didn't want to leave.

  : The accommodation was changed 15minutes before arrival.but where we stayed was lovely.got a little lost has I was supposed to stay at cassa Sofia. Apartment was lovely though and clean
  : 15mins before arrival accommodation change so found it difficult to get my bearings but the host meet me.

  : Location great, right next to the funicular and walking distance to the rest of the old town. Apartment was spacious and clean, the bathroom was external which was fine but not ideal in the early hours if you needed to use as unlocking the apartment door was quite noisy. Also lift not working during our stay so quite a few stairs up to the apartment which was fine for us but would bear in mind if you have any mobility issues.
  : Nothing we didn't like, small things like no remote control for tv in living room, only one pillow per person on the bed, the coffee machine was communal so outside your room in the hall for all guests which was fine but I do think one should also be provided in the apartment with kitchen as who really wants to bump into another guest at 7am in the morning when you need a coffee fix! The WiFi was also non existent, it worked very sporadically in the apartment but 90% of the time it did not so Netflix etc didn't work.

  : Spacious apartment.
  : The apartment was decent, but the bedroom windows are directly facing the street of extremely noisy night bars. I slept with earplugs. And all the floors are just ice cold. There are no seasonings in the kitchen: salt, pepper, olive oil. Of course, it doesn't have to be there, but for 3-4 nights it would be convenient if you had a little salt and pepper.

  : Location was very convenient for sights, bars and restaurants. Staff were helpful but were only acting as agents for the owner so were unable to resolve the television problem.
  : The television did not work except on Netflix. Not normally a problem but I wanted to watch the opening match of the Rugby World Cup the evening before we left and didn't really want to sit in a bar to watch it. The lighting was poor, very difficult to read in bed or to cook.

  : Excellent location in the old town, large room and importantly the aircon was working (30+DegC) although that could have been stronger as it struggled on the very hot days. Good facilities.
  : At night the bar under was noisy but we did et used to this. The air con could have been stronger, but overall good place to stay.
