: The location of this home and the yard overlooking the lake cannot be beat. There is a direct path down to the lake and good restaurants, so it is easy to avoid driving during your stay, which is important considering the traffic in Como during the summer. The hosts were wonderful, keeping in touch and providing useful information for our stay.
: The house is huge and fit all of our large party, so it worked well for us. However, it is not a luxury villa, and is decorated more like a rental family home. Of course, if you have children or a large party and are concerned about damaging items, this place works very well.

: The villa is beautiful and has everything what you might need. The view is incredible and the pool as well as bbq is great. The town is less touristy so you have more space for yourself. However, it is 10-20min drive to all the tourist activities. It is only 3min walk to town and lake. It was perfect for us.
: If you are 14 people, one of the bedrooms is in a sauna and jacuzzi room. However, you are charged full price.Also, you are being charged for late check out. The checkin is 4pm and checkout is 10am and I dont think that it is possible for 14 quest to clean and checkout at that time. As beautiful as the villa is it is run in a very corporate way. Most of the hotels and villas that i stayed are way more flexible for the price.
