: Hosts were very friendly, booking.com wasn't so helpful in contacting but once we had the hosts on WhatsApp they were very helpful with directions, handing over the keys, and recommendations. The place was in a good location, a 15 minute walk from the ferry port, although it was up a hill so some may struggle.It was pleasant, had most things we needed, a nice garden, and a good base to explore the popular sites of Lake Como.
: The walls seem quite thin, you can hear the upstairs apartment quite easily. We had a couple of power cuts and the wifi dropped out- says not to use more than one appliance at a time. It may have been written somewhere but we were not aware of 100 euros cash deposit on arrival, this is a bit annoying to have cash at the end of the holiday, a holding card charge would be easier. The photos are of both apartments in the advert, so it was slightly different to what was expected.

: Fabio was an excellent host. He made sure we were settled in, left welcome drinks in the fridge and offered advice on bars, restaurants etc. The apartment was spacious, with a private garden at the back, it was a very nice place to stay. The walk into town took about 20mins which might not be for everyone but we knew that from looking at the location map and were happy with the stroll in/out of town. Would certainly recommend.
