: We loved our stay at Il Poggio! It was spotlessly clean and had a very comfortable bed. The views were amazing and amenities fabulous with an fantastic pool with view over the lakes! Francesca was a lovely host and always very responsive to our needs. Thanks Francesca and we hope to visit again sometime in the future!
: We feel that the provision of more essentials would really make a big difference. More towels,(4 bath towels for 2 people over 5 nights was not really adequate). More toilet rolls and bin bags ...as these are not the type of items travellers should need to stock up on. Thank you, Kind Regards, Catherine & Rod :)

: The location is superb with panoramic views of the lake. The grounds of the Villa are beautiful and very spacious and the facilities are great, we practically had the place to ourselves for the week we stayed. Odilla and Fransesca were a delight and could not have been more helpful. I would definitely recommend this place and book a return.
: There is a price for the spectacular views, being in an elevated position it is a bot of a hike from Bellagio. The walking up the steps to get to the villa from Bellagio is only really suitable for people who are able bodied, but we liked the exercise. Parking in Bellagio was a little tricky, you needs to get there early.
