  : Location of apartment is great, walking distance to everything. Apartment is located in calm neighbourhood, well sized and clean with comfortable bed, with AC inside. Apartment also has a balcony. Bathroom was clean and includes fresh towels. Host was extremely nice and welcoming and for sure I would stay there again during my next visit, totally recommend. The quality was equal to the price! :)

  : A very clean, comfortable and very reasonable place in the center of the old town. Normal Italian breakfast in a bar close by is included. The host Luca is a nice friendly and helpfull guy. Thank you!
  : As we stayed there on a cold rainy day it would have been nice to have an electric kettle in the room or at the entrance of the flat.

  : Luka the owner was great and very accomodating. I needed an electric kettle and called him and there he was within 10 mins with it. The location was central and still quiet at night. Great idea to have a small washing line on the balcony so one could air things. thanks for everything Luka. HIghly recommended

  : The decor was cute and the balcony was nice to have. It was close to everything in Old Town
  : Extremely hard lumpy bed and very rough sheets. The sheets actually hurt our skin. softer sheets and a new mattress would be nice. Half the glass in the shower is missing so the water goes all over the floor. every day we had to use our towels to dry the floor. So you had to try to just stay in the corner of the shower. That was very difficult. Any decent B & B would get that fixed. The young lady who checked us in was unfriendly and couldnt wait to get out of there because her boyfriend was waiting for her on his motorcycle in the street. She didnt take the time to explain how things worked so we had to figure it out on our own. A warm super friendly greeting is extremely important when youre in the hospitality business. She definitely needs some training. Next, it would be nice if they told you that you had to climb 5 Five flights of stairs to get to the room. We had a senior with us and that was extremely difficult. Also, they have 1 tiny refrigerator in the entry for 3 rooms to share. With the covid situation, each room should have its own refrigerator. Also, if you have noisy neighbors you can clearly hear them. A map in the room to show you where to get your breakfast would be nice. She handed me a note with a name and address and we never could find the place. Apparently, the name was different then what she scribbled on a piece of paper. Although the price was very affordable, they need to work on their hospitality skills and do some improvements. If they fix these things then it would be ok to stay there. Otherwise, Id say look for a better place.

  : Great location and a good size room with a comfortable mattress. Plenty of storage space for clothes.
  : Minor criticisms are:Even though a kettle and cups were provided there was no tea/coffee provided. Also the fitted sheets kept coming off the corners of the mattress in the night.
