  : The only positive thing was location near the railway station.
  : Ms.Monica, a "keyholder" as she calls herself, took off hairdryer as faulty when we came in, and we should literally pray her for a replacement (three ladies inside). Only the next day it was delivered. All sofa-beds were broken when extended to sleep, as well as cabinet doors, hairs of previous guests in the shower cabin, spotted arm chair in entrance hall, which was named as clean, leaking water on toilet floor (aged old black spots on wooden tiles), a lot of different cutlery and cups (like a rest of someone's previous life) in the drawers but nothing to use to make coffee. Dish washing machine was full of mold and it smelled dangerously, the first evening asked booking for replacement or compensation. Next day we get two pieces of cleaning detergent to clean dishwasher by ourselves...And you should buy toilet paper yourself ;-) Booking nor host did not offer any assistance for replacement or compensation at all, unfortunately, except of very very often sorries with every contact...

  : - very good location (close to the central station, supermarket and city center)- host is very helpful and provided a lot of useful information, she was also helpful with some troubles during our stay- apartment is quite spacious (but maybe not the best for more than 4 people as the table has only 4 chairs)- despite other comments everything was working
  : - overall cleanliness is the biggest issue: beds, sheets, towels and kitchen are clean but there is some mold is one of the bathrooms, and the floor is really dirty (white socks turned black in the first evening), one night we even noticed a cockroach (that may had came from the building as there are empty flats on the ground floor and the staircase smells a bit like cat piss - not the most clean itself)- kitchen could be better equipped as there are no wine glasses and the mugs are all differentBasically if you need clean space to rest I would not recommend this place. If you don't mind dirt and the location is the most important for you then this apartment will do.
