  : The only good thing here is the location- in the historical part of the city (city center). Nowhere is written that the rooms are only ground floor (you are opening the door and you are on the street, listening all the scooters moving around the whole day and night) or at least this is what the host told us. Loredana is trying to be helpful but unfortunately her English is too poor (we needed to show her pictures of blankets since she was not able to understand that we are cold and we need some additional ones). That was strange since before that we had a great conversation via Whats app and I couldn't image that she can't understand my questions at all when we saw each other. The room was cold, you are stepping directly on the tiles which were so cold (it's February and you can imagine how it was). However, the air conditioner was working and we could not freeze during our vacation. No slippers, no rugs, nothing. The bathroom was depreciated. It was written that the towels are being changed every 3 days. We had 3 nights/ 4 days there and we were expecting new ones al least on the last day since ours were wet (they can't dry in this room at all) but this not happened. Room was not clean at all- cobwebs above the bed, hair etc. Would not recommend if you can't stay somewhere else. We paid 207 euro - not that cheap for off season in February and we are a bit disappointed. Also, the pictures are not corresponding to the reality.

  : Excellent location, right in the middle of the old city and near the shopping street. We could easily pop in and out of the room during the day while walking around the city. The room was exactly like in the pictures. It met all our expectations. I would recommend this place to anyone.

  : The room needed ventilation and the aircon was not that effective. Given there were ni windows it needs some kind of mechanical ventilation to ensure freshh air.

  : The host is really friendly and the location is perfect, situated in the old town.
  : The room smelled quite mouldy (no windows). The shower had to be held by hand, and the a/c didnt function. The outdoor seats as in the picture werent there.

  : The location was great. Right in the city center and walkable distance everywhere.
  : I'm really disappointed with my experience at this booking property. We had booked four rooms, but from the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted with a foul smell in all of them. The rooms didn't have any windows, except for the main door, which meant there was no way to let in fresh air or natural light. It made the whole atmosphere inside the rooms extremely stuffy and unpleasant.To make matters worse, on both mornings of our stay, we were repeatedly disturbed by people entering our rooms without any warning or even bothering to knock. Imagine waking up to strangers walking in while you're still trying to catch some sleep. It's not only inconvenient but also a violation of our privacy. We had to request them to stop this intrusion, but even on the second morning, someone walked in at 8:45 am. It's absolutely unacceptable!As if that wasn't enough, the air conditioning in all the rooms was not functioning properly. It turned our stay into a sweaty and uncomfortable experience. The rooms felt like saunas, and it was impossible to get a good night's sleep or even relax during the day.The maintenance of the facilities was also severely lacking. One of the rooms had a leaking shower, causing water to spill all over the bathroom floor. In another room, the wash-basin was being held together with a piece of wood, which was a clear sign of poor maintenance and neglect. These issues should have been taken care of before our arrival.Communication with the contact person was another frustrating aspect. We faced significant delays in getting replies to our queries and concerns. It's incredibly frustrating when you're trying to sort out issues and receive no timely response.Overall, my experience at this booking property was far from what I had expected.

  : The place was damp, I was there for one night so didnt mind but it smelled damp and my belongings were damp when I left. The tap was poorly fixed with duct tape and wood around to hold it up. Overall needed renovation. As I say it was fine for one night but if I had a longer stay I wouldnt of been happy to be in the damp room
