  : Apartment itself is nice, clean and cozy. Well located - close to the high street and local market where you can buy fresh veggies and tasty Italian hams. Walking distance to the old town. A bit tricky to park there but if you be patient enough you can find some space nearby. Owners left us delicious sweets on arrival which was really nice. Spacious patio. The only downside is kitchen which is not well equipped (lack of tablespoons and mugs for 10 people), no dishwasher and not much space. Also dinnerwares are not all from one set. Tv is not working- only Netflix but Wi-Fi is also not working properly. Overall really nice apartment if you need place close to Bari city Center.

  : Good location - not in the historical centre but next to the train station. Rooms and beds exactly as advertised. Two bathrooms - convenient. Two sets of keys. Blackout shades - comfy. Heating via airco in every room.
  : We agreed during booking on late check in (midnight). I asked for the check in instructions early on the day of the arrival as I did not receive any - no reply. We arrived at midnight in the rain, no one at the apartment, no one picking up phone. Very stressful. We called with Booking to get rebooked but someone showed up eventually - after 30 mins of waiting in the rain - with no apology or explanation. You should not treat customers like this.

  : Everything was perfect. We were 5 min for the station and the center of the Bari. The neighborhood is very quiet and the building also. The host has prepared everything and its very comfortable and spacious. We were two families with 5 children but it can be 3 families because the apartment is with 3 separate bedrooms. We will come back with pleasure

  : The apartment was in a good location, close to the shops, train station and the centre of Bari. The rooms were nice and spacious and the beds were comfortable. My favourite thing about the apartment was our outdoor terrace, it was huge! It was a great facility to have as all 8 of us could sit down on the outdoor furniture and enjoy the beautiful weather! It felt like having our own garden!
  : The main thing we found quite disheartening was the lack of communication from the host. 3 weeks prior to our arrival, I messaged the host inquiring about a late check out. I also asked that if late check out was not possible could we store our luggage somewhere in the apartment building. The host completely ignored this message which was quite annoying as we had to carry around our bags for the whole day until our train at 2pm. We also had a lot of problems with the showers as the hot water didn't work. When we realised this, I messaged the host to ask him how we could get the hot water working. Once again I never received a reply which was quite frustrating to say the least. We had no choice but to have extremely cold showers for the duration of our stay. Finally, on the day of check out the host arrived unannounced to our apartment 30 minutes prior to check out time. Another thing to note: the kitchen was extremely narrow and efinitely not made for 8 people, it was very hard to cook things as there was very little space.
