A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Check-in takes place at Lungomare Italia 92, at Lido Delle Nazioni. Staff then accompany guests to their apartment.

A surcharge for arrivals after check-in hours applies as follows:
- € 100,00 for arrivals after 19:30
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

Guests arriving outside reception opening hours are kindly requested to inform the property in advance.
