A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Heating comes at an extra charge of EUR 1,20 per cubic metre. Electricity is included up to 45 kW/h per week. Further consumption is charged 0.35€ per kW/h.

Please note that from 1 October until 30 April the hot tube is available upon request and comes at extra cost of EUR 100 per stay.
