  : Room was very clean and comfortable. Beds and pillows comfortable. Interesting view. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of information from the reception staff about the hotel and Asti. Good location for discovering Asti.

  : It's a family run hotel so everything seems to be done with a lot of care. Nadia at the Reception was very friendly and helpful and her elderly parents, obviously the founders, were also on hand to greet the guests, so the whole atmosphere was like being in a "family"!. My single room (101) was of an adequate size and newly refurbished. The shower was modern and in perfect working condition! My travel companions' double room (108) was of a good size, with a balcony and with a similarly good shower! Breakfast, mostly Continental, was adequate. Everything was very clean and in good order. The hotel is right in front of the Railway Station and a short walk away from all the cities' main attractions. The Tourist Board map available at the hotel desk shows them on the map with a brief description of each, which we found very helpful. Plenty of restaurants and bars also within walking distance. There is a parking right in front of the hotel, with Parking metres, but we were lucky enough that there was a space available in their own parking, free of charge. Although it is classified as a 2-star hotel, it could really be a 3 star. If we ever go back to Asti, we would certainly go back to the same hotel.
  : Being in front of the Railway Station, the area around the hotel seems a bit daunting at first, but we found it was not a problem and in the evening it quietens down.

  : Hotel staff we friendly and welcoming. Breakfast and batista coffee in the morning was good and also convenient. The location is great as you don't have to travel far with the suitcase, yet it is still a walkable distance to/around town. The shower pressure was great and nice hot water.The entrance and foyer were well lit and open later at night after attending the Christmas Market. Extra blankets and pillows are provided in the cupboard which were needed. Overall the stay suited our needs, and we would stay again.
  : Some recommendations would be to provide some hooks for hanging coats and a kettle to be able to make tea and coffee in the room. The bed was quite uncomfortable and could probably be retired in place of a newer one. Similarly with the very old hairdryer, a newer easier to use one would be great. There was quite a bit of dust beside the desk and under bed, so could probably benefit from a deeper clean.
