: Extreme kindness from the owner/manager Massimo. Very quiet place in the countryside. Nice and spacious rooms, I had the option of the private use SPA which is amazing: sauna, steam, bath, jacuzzi in a large space only for you and your partner/friend in full privacy. Good offer at breakfast. Very good dinner at the "Agriturismo Il Melograno", same property, about 25 min by car
: Minor improvements: the used bath foam and shampoo in the room have not been replaced after the use, the room sliding door is nice but no soundproof, maybe a closet in the room would be nice, although the room furniture is very nice. Consider there are no restaurants nearby and you need to take your car for dinner (min 15 min)

: We enjoyed host Barbara's hospitality very much. The breakfast was generous and delicious -- a multitude of cakes, fruits, meats and cheeses, breads and yogurt. The location was spectacular and very convenient and easy to access for visiting Assisi and the Umbria Valley. The room was beautiful, with a traditional wood angled ceiling in both the bedroom and bathroom. Wifi was a plus! The area is very peaceful and quiet. Shampoo and soap were provided, which was much appreciated.
: While the room had everything we needed, we could have used another chair and perhaps a bureau to put down a handbag or shopping bag.
