: We had a lovely vacation the first two weeks of August. Personnel was very friendly, breakfast was great with super coffee. We very much enjoyed the nice gardens and the pool. The location was great, in the middle of Tuscany. Arezzo city center is very close by; but other great areas and towns such as Val d'Orcia, Montepulciano, Chianty region... are close by. We appreciated the recommendations for winery visits and old towns by the B&B owner and staff. It made sure we visited great sightings and had a super Tuscany experience.

: The staff were lovley. Michela made us feel really at home and gave us all the information we needed, including a very detailed train schedule. The room was very clean with modern fixtures, fittings, and appliances. They provided pool towels and cleaned our room every other day which was much appreciated. Breakfast was delicious, the staff were very attentive - so much so that after they had gone away, my toddler asked where the 'eating teacher' had gone.
: I didn't expect the property would be so close to a busy road. It's also located nearby a train stop which is convenient for accessing Arezzo, but there is also a rail crossing with a bell that goes off regularly starting from 6am, which was a bit of a surprise the first night. This is very much not the property's fault - I should have spent more time on Google Streetview before my visit, and it was a bit of a surprise when we arrived. Also, there were many dead (and almost-dead) wasps in the pool. It would have been good to have a net nearby to clear them away when needed.
