  : Hotel was empty when we arrived, waited 30 minutes for someone to check us in, the hotel didn't let us know that they dont serve food on mondays so we asked the receptionist if we could use the refrigerator for groceries and to order us taxi to the closest supermarket, came back to the hotel with the groceries, the owner didn't allow to let us in with groceries (80 euros for groceries and taxis down the drain) kept saying its written on a page in our room which we did not enter because the receptionist pulled us out to order us a taxi. plus after we came back with groceries the owner said theres a law in italy not to let food inside hotels , i dont know how much of it is true because other hotels in italy greeted us hello with grocery bags, after arguing he offered us a sandwich, we thought its in his good will to offer us for the misunderstanding, come to find out he charged us good for that cheese sandwich..Small room, ants running around the room and your blanket is a sheet

  : The room was cleaned every day, a nice dinner. Breakfast can be more diverse.The best is for sure the team and mainly Kama, the most amazing lady we have met that tried above and behind to help us. Coffee is Great! Pet friendly!
  : The location is close to Arezzo, a small city. The place is a better fit for the summer , during winter it didn't feel very correct. The place don't really offer anything to do and feels empty and dead. As well the maintenance needs more attention, it felt as this is not the season so it's less maintained. A few issues:1. A strange smell of fire all over the place, you go out and come back to the room all smellyAlso a smell of chlorine was felt mainly in room 7. A very very strong one. Maybe it is located above the pool room (?)2. Walls are very thin...so thin that you can hear anyone who is walking, talking etcOur kids had very active guests near them so it was a sex party every night...that was not a pleasant thing to hear.The cleaning team is sweet but loud. So loud. We asked several times to allow us and rest during mid day. They scream in their little phones and make a lot of noise.3. The shower has a hot water issue. Starting hot and then less and less. The shower is so amazing, but this is not really working well 4. The gym - 2 machines are broken (out of 4). The sweet owner explained that other guests had broken it. Since we needed the gym and counted on that, it was an issue. So we tried to exchange it with sport in their tennis court but also there the lights were broken...so again nothing is working and no one maintained anything. Since the team is s sweet, we couldn't complain because they are really nice people But this was our vacation... and nothing was working. I believe it's ok to have an all year location, but you must rethink the value and the service you offer to the clients in such a case. I am sureinn the summer this is a fantastic place! So many pools, nice food, and a great resort that feels private. We felt maybe it was a mistake to arrive during this time of the year.

  : The room was beautiful and high quality bedding and towels, we loved it. The indoor spa was also beautiful. Breakfast was great.
  : We were not aware outdoor facilities were not open, the indoor spa is an extra cost however we felt it should be cheaper consider half the facilities are currently closed. The gym only had two functional machines, it was quite limited in terms of weights/machines.
