  : The staff were all wonderful, many spoke several languages and all very helpful.Rooms were very big though sparse. Bathrooms very clean, lovely clean bedding and towels rooms cleaned every day if required.Food was very nice though the menu was limited and expensive.The views were spectacular and the pools very big. Well attended, sunbeds in good condition and pool towel fresh and soft provided by the life guard, the pool bar was we stocked although the lunch from this bar (the only lunch available), was poor.The breakfast was excellent and nicely served in the only restaurant which was a conservatory that needed attention.
  : After an illness, I needed some time to recover and chose this hotel by the photos and description on Booking.com. This was a mistake. The hotel had advertised that it had been refurbished in 2022, this may have been true but it must have been poor prior to that. It was advertised as a 4 * hotel but from my experience it was only 2* 3 at a push.The bedroom was very big and airy with a good balcony but the bushes blocked some of the lovely view. The beds, although clean and very good bed linen with a high thread count, we're gard and old, the day bed was old and tatty and really unnecessary. No kettle or tea or coffee in the room and the only water provided was in the mini bar., 2 for a small bottle other drinks were available. Nothing comfortable to sit in and although the TV was available there were no channels available in other languages, pornography on so many TV channels was offensive.There was no common bar area except for the pool bar which closed at 8pm. Unless you sat by the pool or in reception, you were confined to your room.The pool bar had a very poor lunch menu and only available from 12 30 to 2.30.The restaurant was a conservatory that required some work and there were no other choices of food available in the evening except for the expensive limited menu. It was not ideal for a family or person on a budget making the only other choice to go to the town for dinner or to a bar for evening company.That was another problem, the hotel was up a v v steep hill and to walk down to the town was steep but to come back up at night was dangerous on poorly lit road and the walk back up the hill was quite a challenge. I would not advise anyone who was not very fit to do it.The use of the beach was to be booked in advance, it was down at the bottom of a very high cliff roughly 300 feet. A little railway, or lift was available to bring anyone down or up and it was a lovely view.

  : Friendly and helpful staff, huge rooms, great view, excellent rooftop pool. Funicular up and down the hillside was an unexpected surprise.
  : There is a problem with pigeons at breakfast on the terrace. Guests should be advised not to leave food on the tables as the pigeons cause chaos. Used dishes should be removed immediately. Signage and a staff member welcoming guests and instructing them on how to avoid the birds would be helpful. Other than that the breakfast itself was great.

  : Location was 5/5.
  : This is not a 4 star hotel. Overpriced for the facilities. Staff were lovely and helpful. The hotel needs a complete renovation. The room was large and had a magnificant view but had very little in it. Eg You need to ask for a glass and tea and coffee cups etc. I should have read more reviews and believed them before booking, for the price we paid.
