Disappointing

  : The location is outstanding. The garden is kept in great shape. The studio is large for two guests.
  : I booked the stay for my parents' wedding anniversary because of the nice location. They asked for the wifi password several times because it is listed as an included service and was my main concern when reserving the property. They were either ignored by the staff or dismissed with answers like "many guests are asking, but we lost it long time ago". So the staff was aware of the problem and still didn't do anything to fix it (while claiming false information online). The breakfast was extremely disappointing. They only had sweet options with old pastries and cookies. They stopped going for breakfast after a couple of tries. It should not be this hard for a property with such a potential to offer a simple fresh breakfast to the guests (and "because of Covid" is not a great answer for bad food). The studio in principle should accommodate up to 4 guests. There were just 2 guests and there was only one coffee mug. There were ants walking on the bathroom wall. The staff helped in removing them for the studio, but for the price paid this should not happen. Most of the sunbeds near the pool were broken and around the pool area was full of flies.
