  : THE HOTEL IS WELL LOCATED, THE ROOMS ARE SPACIOUS. THE OVERALL HOTEL DESIGN IS NICE, WITH A LARGE DOMAIN TO EXPLORE.
  : THE AIRCONDITIONNING WAS NOT WORKING, WE HAD TO ASK AT LEAST 4 TIMES TO GET A SOLUTION. THE LAST NIGHT THEY EVENTUALLY GAVE US A FAN THAT I HAD REQUESTED OTHERWISE OUR FRIENDS STAYING IN THE SAME HOTEL DIDN'T GET ANYTHING AND HAD TO SLEEP WITH THE WINDOWS OPEN AND MOSQITOES. THE ACCESS TO THE SWIMMING POOL WAS COMPLICATED: THEY DIDNT TELL US YOU NEED TO WEAR A SWIMMING HAT TO GET IN THE SWIMMING POOL AND THEY DON'T SELL ANY SO YOU HAVE TO GO THE NEAREST SHOP (ABOUT 10MINUTES BY CAR). THE SUNBED AROUND THE SWIMMING POOL ARE RESERVED FOR THE OUTSIDE CUSTOMER AND COST 20 TO GET (EVEN IF YOU ARE STAYING AT THE HOTEL). THE SUNBED RESERVED FOR THE HOTEL CUSTOMER ARE IN THE BACKYARD BEHIND THE SWIMMING POOL WITH A VIEW ON A FARM. VERY DISAPOINTED

  : this is our second trip to Pianderna, we love it. peace and quiet, lovely restaurant, beautiful room, great staff in the hotel.
  : the beach bar staff are not as good as the hotel staff, tried to give me a piece of pizza when I had waited 30 minutes - it was a busy Sunday, when I had ordered and paid for a whole pizza!!

  : the view was fantastic, pool was nice! Restaurant was amazing also and the little lake bar down the hill was adorable and amazing also!
  : the room was very stale. all white scuffed up walls, pillows and bed was hard as a rock. Hotel portion needs some love but overall it was nice enough for a quick one night stay.

  : We had a very spacious room and were lucky to have a big terrace with sun all day. The pool is big and popular with locals and you can relax on the sunbeds and right next to the pool. The view from the accommodation is amazing especially at sunset. During the week its mostly quiet but in the weekend theres a bit more buzz, but there was no extreme noise at all. The on-site restaurant is nice and the breakfast was elaborate and fresh.
  : The hotel & its restaurant seems to be a day out for locals, which results in staff who mostly speaks italian and no english, except for a couple of people. For us this was not a problem as we google translated the menu and the staff who did speak were super helpful and nice. grazie mille to the lady who served breakfast !

  : First of all, an awful breakfast with stale bread packed in plastic bags and very limited choice available (highly unexpected in Italy). Secondly, we expected a chill, countryside - like atmosphere but instead we were greeted to an awfully loud disco party till 2 a.m. but the noises were heard till 4 a.m. We were sleep deprived the day after and we can guarantee you will be too. There are much better places available for a cheaper price.

  : The luxury rooms and friendly staff made this a very good stay. The dinner was superb and breakfast up to standard. Large room and very comfortable beds. Walk around the estate was a pleasure. Very quiet due to low visitors staying which can be a little overwhelming, given the size of the facilities.
  : The shower drain in our room was clogged so water overflowed easily, leaving stains and it creates mould on the lining. This unnecessarily takes down the overall quality and should be easily resolved. Bit curious about sleeping in when there is a party could hold a lot of people. The location is remote, which is fine and we knew before booking, but there is no easy town visit once you are in.

  : The scenery and the lakeside walk. Pool was shut, but must be heaving in high summer as we counted several hundred sunbeds stacked up.
  : Especially don't come at the weekend! We were an inconvenience not welcome guests, this is an events venue not a relaxing countryside stay. On Saturday the restaurant and bar were closed to residents, for a wedding. Sunday ditto, for a dinner dance. So we only ate there Friday and food was pretentious and over priced (try Gatto Nero instead) and we hardly slept for the noise which was extremely loud and went on into the small hours. Monday was quiet as the place is oficially shut, so no food again but certainly no peace with noise all day from grounds and building maintenance. Room was large but only seating a sofabed too deep to be comfortable. There was thick dust on top of the wardrobe. And breakfast!! Minimalist to say the least, and I watched the same old pears in my fruit salad turn browner each day. Their strap line is, loosely translated, "sweet dreams and sweet awakenings". No way!
