There are few steps in the hotel which is therefore not suitable for disabled guests.
Please note let the property know via phone once you have boarded the ferry from Naples or Sorrento to Capri in order to arrange the free shuttle service from Capri's harbour to the hotel. This service is available from 10:00 until 17:00 daily.
