: Breakfast okay, a freshly cooked omelette by reception lady. She felt bad because she was directing my husband into a parking place, and directed him to run over our suitcase, which broke the handle. There are not enough parking places.
: The room which is like a shell and empty of any humanity, smells badly of mothballs. Even in a glass from the bathroom, the water tastes of the mothballs. There is no sound proofing between the rooms, and you can hear everything from next room. Child crying. Air conditioning dodgy. The batteries were flat in the remote control. The WiFi did not work. There was a another customer complaining at reception. We gave up. There is not enough parking. The receptionist should not have to move her own car in order for customers to park. She did her best, but directed my husband to drive over our suitcase which broke the handle. She produced some tools from behind the desk and tried to mend it, bless her. But No offer of compensation, just a freshly cooked omelette the next morning. And the room is not good value, 160 euros for a worse than average room. Proper luxury hotels are cheaper than this. A miserable and expensive night. Thank goodness it was only one night. I never give bad reviews by the way.
