  : This was the worst experience in our long traveling live!!! It was the worst host ever we met!!! I was surprised that it was Italians who is always kind, friendly etc.We we traveling 4 adults and 2 small children by car. Was looking for hotel later in the evening in closest location on our way. There is wasnt that much possibilities. But this hotel had room for 4 adult with description of the room that there is can be fit 5 people.We have a lot of experience like this when we traveling with small children that booking double room and children sleeping with us in the bad and we just paying some extra on place or even mostly they dont want nothing for it.So we had no choice and booked it.But when we arrived they didnt let us checking. For canceling reservation they wont back us money, so we decide to stay in room as 2 grandparents and 2 children and me with husband planned to sleep in the car.They also have free hotel parking but didnt let us park 2nd cars. And also didnt let us sleep in the car on parking.All the time was telling that we have cameras and will checking that you are not here. I honestly thinking that both of them was not sleeping all the night and monitoring all cameras My children was crying that cannot sleep without me, so it was hardbreakably.So we was asking to pay extra for children. We need just to sleep one night, we arrived around 10pm and should leave early morning. So no. Then we had including breakfast and was asking at least to let us 4 adults (without children) to go to breakfast. So no. We asked to pay for breakfast for 2 adult extra, that we could come morning and eat all together. So no. In the morning there was another person, who we even didnt know and see but he was rood to us for the first world. He didnt let us go to the room to pick up children.
