  : Superb location downtown Alba in a old cosy building
  : There are indeed two apartments to rent, and the pictures present mostly the nicest one. You do not know for which one you book on the website. Unfortunately I got the other one, much more basic in terms of set up, decoration, probably equipment. The last pictures of the description show it, but it is never mentioned that it is a separate apartment, you believe they are different part of the same one. That is misleading and somehow dishonest. The other apartment is fine too, but much more basic, so price should be adapted versus the nicest one. Beside that little renter trick, everything went fine.

  : Don't trust the owner absolute liar and not fair the Apartment is nice but the accomodation is worst and nightmare we payed a lot for a very noisy, worst kitchenwares, broken table, cold water and room, we never use the Balkon because of the worker the close the windows we can't open it for fresh air auf it is Dark the whole time and we are not informed we have booked the Apartment for 4-5 days nur we leave aftet 2 days because of Migrain and headache because of noise and the contact person agreed to pay us back half of our payment how many we Worte them Mail and chat but no answer we gave almost 4 month time still no response we tried to contact Booking gut we are disappointed that they gave the same response no refund. Picture and Videos are available to prove that we are in close Darkand noisy Apartment it was not a relax vacation it is a nigthmare. Be fair to your Client there is always Karma Roaming around. See the picture they close put a Metal bar that we can't open the windows and doors without informing us and drilling the walls with all the dust coming inside the Apartment. I have more Videos and picture to prove it.

  : Lack of some basic equipment (broken light, no tea spoon or corkscrew). Manager friendly but not super reactive so better not to need anything

  : The place was big and perfectly located, it was easy to collect the keys and the contact with the host was easy.
  : The kitchen equipment was poor and not too clean, the stove didnt properly work and the construction of our bed was unfortunately destroyed..

  : The landlord keep us waiting for 2 hours and then he offered us the chance to host us for free. He didnt. Its a shame bec the flat is very nice in the heart of Alba
