: The owner was nice (at first), and it is right at the Piazza.
: There were ants in the room, the kitchen area, and the bathroom. I had to contact booking.com cause their ant problem seemed serious. When I did so, they started accusing me of bringing 'dirt' in which 'caused' the ants. Mind you there were already ants there from the first place. They also straight up lied to booking.com saying that they have 'strict policies to not use the kitchen' and I 'violated it'. When oddly enough on my first day, the owner showed me the kitchen area and told me how to use the espresso machine. They fined me 50 euros for 'violating' this policy, and when I complained to booking.com cause this is ridiculous, of course I have not gotten a reply back.Later that day I saw that they closed the kitchen entrance with a sign saying ' it is strictly forbidden to use the kitchen' . This kind of attitude from the owner was appalling and offensive. Really the worst Guesthouse of my life. Their wifi is also painstakingly slow. I had to bring work with me for my travel and it was stressful cause I had to wait 10 minutes to download 1 jpg file . The room also smelled moldy -especially the bed. I truly DO NOT recommend.

: Lovely large room close to both marina and the old town with plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants nearby.
: A couple of nights a local bar was playing excessively load music until well after midnight. Only small bath towels provided, which were not changed every day. Breakfast is from a local cafe right on the quay, but is only a pastry and cake.
