  : The manager Dario and his family run this hotel and they're all very friendly and make a big effort to make guests feel comfortable. Some of his relatives don't speak English but with hand gestures, simple words and a few smiles the messages get across. This is a new and modern boutique hotel that us right on the beach at Spiaggia di Vignola. Which is a beautiful long stretch of beach. The sand is coarse and therefore clean, unlike fine beach sand it doesn't get stuck to you and make a mess. Also this is a great beach for kite surfing and wind surfing as the wind blows constantly. Our room was the basic double room which was a clean and modern but a bit small. However we spent all our time on the beach so this wasn't a huge issue. Reserved parking spots are available in the parking lot next door to the hotel. There is a daily charge for this though. The breakfast is excellent with a variety of sweet and savory options to choose from. The location is great as it is right on the beach. However this is not a town so there are just a few small restaurants and shops in the area, but not much else. There is a large campground nearby where many families stay in caravans. There also seem to be large summer camps. The beach bar is a great place to watch the sunset.
  : The on site restaurant is a nice place to have lunch or dinner but I'd suggest you stick with the simple dishes or the pizza. They seem to struggle with the execution of some of the more complex dishes. A for effort though. Standard room is a bit small for the price paid.

  : way to noisy. You could hear the guests walking up and down the stairs and I had kitchen noise in the bedroom coming from downstairs. really difficult to sleep. Also I had a trash can for glass directly in front of my window

  : This hotel has a great location that's without a doubt. But if you take away the see view from balcony it's really nothing special. It's clean, new but something what makes you feel cozy is missing.
  : The prices in the restaurant are ridiculous. The food is nothing extra, the menu is poor. They just have these prices because they know there is nothing much around the area so people will come anyway. Had lunch and dinner there and it was enough. If you have a car go somewhere else.

  : The location is great. Just near sea. And the sound proof of the room are good enough so that you wont hear much noise from the sea wave

  : location is nice on the beach, although its a really quiet place generally without much choice for food, etc.the room is nicely designed and the balcony is a dream with a great comfy sofa.the staff at reception and at breakfast were delightful and so helpful!
  : There was a really rude man working behind the bar, purposefully not helpful with a language barrier and generally quite rude to us. As an example we asked if we could order some takeaway food to have in our room - he shrugged and literally said menu and pointed to the other side of the room, suggesting we should go and get it ourselves and come back. when youre paying 100s of pounds per night to stay here it shouldnt be too much to deal with people with courtesy! Another example, we were asked to pay at the bar and when we tried he asked our table number, we hadnt realised there were any numbers so said oh sorry we dont know its that one there and pointed. he grinned quite rudely and shrugged and waited for us to go and get the table number and return. it sounds petty but most decent hotel staff would be helpful and try to aid your rather than be so obstinate!
