  : The bed and the breakfast were both excellent. Room and building was clean, well decorated, stunning view of the beach and bay. Room temperature was okay, had windows to open as it was warm. Staff were very polite and helpful. Gluten free was catered for quite well but no GF sausages or dinner rolls available and as they were busy coffee pot was dusty and we had only marmalade for toast. Check in and out was easy and fast. Bathroom toiletries were pleasant, bathroom was spacious and shower was energetic and refreshing. Finally a hotel with towels that were a good size, the height of luxury. Tea and coffee facilities were adequate. Dinner was good with some options for GF. Bed was comfortable and slept well.
  : Rooms view also included being situated over the kitchen, this meant that the extraction fans were noisy in the room with the windows open and didn't make much use of the lovely bay window as was overlooked by the restaurant. Access to the beach could have been easier as you can see the beach from your room, then have to walk through the hotel, out the front of the property down the road a little and to the side to access a shorter route would have felt opulent.
