Hotel Terms & Conditions, Cancellation Policy:

All rates are quoted subject to availability and alteration. All discounted rates quoted are limited offers and may be subject to a minimum night’s stay. While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of all information, Longcourt House Hotel does not accept liability for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to change information. Longcourt House Hotel has a strict cancellation policy of 12 noon 24 hours’ notice prior to your arrival date. In the event of Longcourt House Hotel not being notified of a cancellation the first night's accommodation will automatically be charged to your credit card on file. The remaining nights of your stay with automatically be cancelled. Guests must present their credit card on check-in for pre-authorization. If a guest does not possess a credit card, a debit card is required and the total amount for the stay with an additional EUR 100 per night will be authorized/ charged on their card. The name on the credit/ debit card used at check-in must be the primary name on the guest room reservation. We do not accept cash as a form of payment. Guests may be asked to show a photo ID upon check-in. Failure to produce the required documentation may result in refusal of admission to the hotel accommodation and services.

Group bookings over 5 rooms will not be accepted through any 3rd party websites.
