: We were given an upgrade which was wonderful ! Beautiful room and bathroom. Really comfortable bed and pillows. Staff at the front desk couldn't have been more helpful and those that we met throughout the hotel were so friendly as well as the night porter.
: Breakfast was a real let down. We didn't bother with cereal or pastries or fruit, opting instead for a cooked breakfast. My daughter ordered 2 sausages- she got one ! I ordered poached eggs and mushrooms - I got 2 poached eggs and half of a (medium sized) mushroom ! My husband and son were given a small cooked breakfast. No toast or bread arrived at the table .... should I have ordered it ? maybe so, although I have never had to do so in any hotel that I have stayed in. When we finally got the attention of a member of staff to order some, our tiny breakfast was long gone !! Staff in the dining room hardly came near us. Unfriendly and unhelpful.

: Absolutely stunning property. The grounds and the views are breathtaking!Lovely rooms. And reception staff very helpful and friendly. Bed extremely comfortable! Loved the upgraded room that we were given when we checked in.
: Safe was not working. All 4 batteries leaked into the safe. Looks like cleaners saw this previously but never fixed it.Aircon was not working at all. The panel was broken too. It was way too warm to sleep at night. We only noticed that it was broken when got to the room late at night, so no one could fix at that time.Breakfast very poor value & quality. Staff ignored when trying to order. Porridge was like a jelly and avocado toast tasted awful. Really would expect better quality of food considering it’s 25€.
