: Amazing location . We visited as a family of 4, plenty of space for us. Dining table seats 4 people.
: Didnt realise about paying for electric also- could include this in the advert. Toilet light does not work - need a torch after dark.

: This was an excellent location for what we wanted, and very quiet. We loved the book collection in the house. The kitchen was moderately well stocked. It was clean and ready for us.
: We were quite unhappy to find out on arrival that we were to pay for electricity usage, in cash before we left. We had a couple of emails saying that we had payed in full prior to coming, and this was a nasty surprise. It is possible that this information was buried in some of the online documentation, but when we tried to access it, we found a dead link. We won't be back.

: The location of the house is perfect base for connemara. Wonderful views from the property and close proximity to the beach.
: Unless there has been a recent occupant the house will be freezing. Storage heating not turned on until your in the house. Took us from 4.30pm to 11pm to get heat into the house. We used one electric blanket and moved it from bed to bed to get the cold out of the beds. Wrapped children in blankets for due to the dampness. We had the room called the nursery completely damp. House smells musty. You pay for the electricity separate but they won't give you a receipt. Only stayed for two night. Would not recommend the house and would not book it again. What amazed us were the reviews in the book. The 200 charge for a not leaving a clean home when you leave is laughable when you see the dust on the picture frames and the cobwebs dancing on the lights. Externally the patio area needs power wash, clean up the cigarette butt's and grass needs cutting. Just a shame put in a bit of effort when you expect such financial return.
