  : Very close to Temple Bar, we had everything we needed to cook and eat in the apartment and save money on eating out when we were there. The outside area was a bonus, especially as we sunshine when we were there. Spacious and clean and both bed and sofabed were very comfy.
  : The shower wasn't fantastic and the apartment could do with a little TLC in some places but nothing to complain about, overpriced, but everywhere is these days.

  : This is essentially an AirBnB style accommodation, there are no staff on site. The sofa bed was not made up for us even though it was requested and when I called they werent able to send someone until 3-5hrs later at 8:30pm. They didnt actually show up until 9:30/10pm and only had 5 sets of sheets (that were the wrong size), no blankets, no pillows. We had sleep using a jacket as a blanket the first night.Theres no broom or paper towels in the apartment, and they dont give you many towels. We stayed for 6 days and only got 2 bath towels for two people. They do not offer cleaning service for stays less than one week.The hot water gets lukewarm, at best. And the water tank clicks constantly in the evening/late at night and is very annoying. The floor throughout creaks and squeaks whenever you walk on it. The bed in the bedroom is two single beds pushed together and is not comfortable. An app is required to check-in so make sure you have access to data/wifi. The battery was dying in the door lock to our apartment so it beeped constantly for the first few days until it was finally replaced.

  : The property is great. Great apartment. Great little kitchen. Great location. The experience of checking in and the staff I dealt with over the phone was enough for me to never want to stay here again.
  : The check in process was ridiculous. We decided to do the online check in to save us from going to the other address as I had read there was no physical key and it was an app that was used to open the door, so online check in seemed to make the most sense. After receiving multiple messages the length of a novel about checking in I message to say well do online check in. I get a message saying fill in the form. I reply saying we dont have a form, I cant see a link to a form in any of the messages nor is there one in an email somewhere. I also ring to try to speed up the process. I get sent a form which we fill out and send back. I then get a message saying you havent filled out the pre-authorisation check. I check the form Ive been sent and weve filled out every single section. So I call back to ask. The staff member is rude and impatient and clearly has no customer service skills and sends the second separate form which I never got in the first place for the pre-authorisation check. We get inside and the room is listed as having a bed and sofa bed and we planned to use the sofa bed. There was no linen for the sofa bed. I call to ask for linen for the sofa bed. Again I was met with rudeness and zero customer service. She had a go at me and said, well you didnt tell us you needed the sofa bed. I said 1. in the million messages you sent I responded esch time with we need two separate beds. 2. The property is listed as having a sofa bed so i expect there to be linen here anyway for it Someone comes with linen. Towels and two sheets. No duvet. We were going to try to make do with what we had and thought maybe we wont get cold etc and wont need a duvet simply because I didnt want to deal with the same staff member again. We change our mind and I call again and ask for a duvet. By this stage the staff member seems to have settled down and isnt having a go at me or being rude or blaming me somehow for what is happening.

  : Easy access to the property and absolutely fantastic location. Everything is walkable.
  : The apartment above has slightly squeeky floors and it made me wake up at night a couple of times. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and wasn't fully horizontal. It should be replaced.

  : The sofabed was awful. The frame was not straight and made the mattress uneven. So lying in it was extremly uncomfortable.The pillows was to Hard. And no lock on the bathroom.
