In a tranquil location beside New Lake Nature Reserve this restored stone mill enjoys idyllic views over Horn Head New Lake Nature Sanctuary and the Atlantic Ocean out to Tory Island. Just off the N56 with free parking it is less than 5 minutes’ drive from Dunfanaghy village. Bright and individually furnished with free WiFi most rooms at Corcreggan Mill Lodge offer an en-suite bathroom. Some have access to shared bathroom facilities and all have free towels and linen as well as a free local map. Beautiful lake views also feature in many rooms.
Apartments come with fully equipped kitchen facilities. A meat-free breakfast is available in the Main House and is made up of variety of cereals breads pastries yogurts and cheeses (subject to availability) along with your choice of eggs. There is a wine bar and barbecue facilities on site. At the Blow-In Bar you can enjoy wine accompanied by some nibbles and home-made Pizza (subject to availability). Built on an ancient pre-Celtic ritual site the mill is surrounded by stunning scenery and numerous walking trails and expert walking advice can be given by the owners.
Coastal sailing trips can also be arranged and the shores of New Lake are just 100 metres away. There are meditation sanctuaries in the area.
