  : Was our third time staying here, and was once again a fantastic experience. Staff are absolutely amazing and very helpful. Had a lovely meal in the restaurant and the staff were great when dealing with our children. Same with the receptionists who were on duty. Great service in the leisure centre aswell. Highly recommended

  : WiFi was great, the room was comfortable and it overlooked the front of the property
  : Its quite rundown - I walked past a few rooms that were under construction as their doors were left open. The hallway is very dimly lit and you can tell the carpets are thread bare. As someone who very obviously isnt from the area, the staff failed to tell me there was a protest happening outside the hotel that evening, even though it took around 20 minutes to check in at the front desk. I checked in at 6.30pm and couldnt leave until 8.30pm. The staff were aware I had made plans to meet a friend and couldnt leave. At this point, I would have expected to be offered a drink while I waited at the very least. I left the hotel for an hour then that evening and when I came back, I was met by the receptionist asking I thought you were meeting a friend, sure you were only gone an hour. I wouldnt see my plans being anyones business, and I felt very uncomfortable being a young girl staying in a hotel by myself that my activity was being watched by the staff and then commented on.

  : I booked the hotel because it had a pool, it was closed but we were not told that. The hotel is being converted for economic migrants, we were not told that. There is an active protest outside, we were not told that.The security were smoking joints.The hotel is in poor shape, the bed was lob-sided.I felt sorry for the staff doing their best in dire circumstances. This hotel was certainly not worth the money.

  : Staff were pleasant and informative. Food was good in the bar and breakfast was good. Bar staff was lovely.
  : Breakfast service didn't start until 8am. No room service. No fan for my room when requested. No lamps in the room.

  : Difficulty getting taxi to take me back to hotel due to ongoing protests outside hotel. Unnerving as a guest having to walk by protest on your own.

  : There's hair on the bed. Toilet is not totally clean. The photos on the website are better than the real situation.
