Please note for a booking of 5 rooms or more, a booking deposit of EUR 200 is required 2 weeks after the initial booking is made, to confirm the reservation.
There is no cancellation charge if cancelled two weeks prior to arrival. If cancelled after this time the deposit is non refundable. In the event of a non-arrival or a cancellation within 48 hours of the day of arrival, a one night charge will be incurred to the Group Organiser.
Bookings for June to September – A deposit of 10% will be deducted from your card 2 weeks prior to arrival. Cancellations after this time will incur the 10% fee. In the event on a non-arrival within 24 hours on the day of arrival a one night charge will be made. If COVID travel restrictions remain in place you will be refunded in full.
A valid Credit Card required on all room reservations. whereby a pre authorisation shall be required or payment on arrival.
If no Credit Card is available, we shall also require a refundable cash deposit for security on arrival.
