  : The room was clean with comfortable beds. I appreciated the mini fridge in room. Rituals soaps were nice. Staff were friendly and plentiful parking. The exterior looked nice lit up for the holidays.
  : Rooms were lacking little touches that typically make it feel a 4* experience. Rooms were without aircon which was disappointing given it looked like a recently modernised room. The bathroom did not match the more modern feel of the room. It looked a not dated. There was no bathroom amenity kits, and the shower annoyingly only had a fixed head option and the mirrors weren't heated to avoid steaming up. I did not see an in room hotel guide and water provided was only sparkling, no still option. The glasses were not replenished after use during housekeeping. Didn't feel very sound proofed as corridor noise could be heard quite clearly.The breakfast was really disappointing and not on par with other 4* properties. A cramped little serving table with a bland and basic offering of the usuals, nothing elevated or exciting and all quite greasy. The continental and fruit (limited to orange segment and grapes) options was truly abysmal (pic attached) the meats and cheese were dry and gone - did not look fresh in any way, the fruit (grapes) were half rotted. I attempted to book a massage in the wellness centre as it was showing availability throughout the day online from 1pm onwards. When I went down to book at around 10:30am and chat through the most suitable options the receptionist seemed unsure as she told me the girls didn't want to stay too late so wasn't sure they could book me in (again it showed open availability from 1pm online) but would take my number and call me back within a few minutes. I am still waiting for the call despite being checked out and back home. Disappointing and a little unprofessional when trying to spend more money on the hotel to enhance your stay.
