  : The property was in a good location and easily accessible, The room was overlooking the golf course which was nice, and a good size with a bath/shower and provided complementary toiletries, The staff from check in to check out were very friendly and always helpful, The breakfast was very good also with a buffet style cold food selection and you can also pick hot food served by a member of staff plus you can order hot food from a small selection cooked to order, The only problem I have seen with this hotel was that breakfast and dinner in the bar could be very slow at times even though there was plenty of staff to deal with customers requesting food and drinks, I would definitely recommend and will stay in this hotel again.

  : I liked leaving the place as soon as i could in the morning. I was first welcomed to the room by an incessant fire alarm at about 3.30 which lasted on and off for 30 minutes.
  : I didn't like one of the staff calling the Gardai on me and my partner because we were playing music from our I phone at a reasonable level.the room was of course not sound proofed and they placed us next to a room with an adjoining door to another hotel room which noise must have obviously escaped through. I expressed my complete irritation to the staff member who came banging on my door at the time and he subsequently called the Gardai to me. I was then subjected subsequently to a stern warning by the Police at 1am in the morning. The whole experience was heavy handed, overbearing and frivolous.It would of course been completely avoidable if there was proper sound proofing in the rooms and not place unrelated people in interconnecting rooms. AVOID THIS HOTEL! The response is incorrect and a lie, only one member of staff called to my room which was interconnected with another room on one occasion and susequently called the Gardai.You might release the camera footage to me so we can see who has the correct version of matters. If your wafer thin walls are not capable of drowning noise from a simple phone- maybe you should remove the TV's from them as they cause noise too. I should maybe have called the Gardai to you when the fire alarm went off 6 times from 3,30 pm to 4pm so the guests can enjoy the hotel in peace. AVOID THIS HOTEL ! They have no respect for anyone.I am more than happy to litigate on the matter
