  : The worst customer service and wouldnt recommend to English speakers or families with kids.First, on day 1 (we had to stay longer so see below, too), the cleaning lady asked to clean - we said yes.We came back to the suite to find the foot towel which had puke on (from my smallest kid) nicely folded on the glass shower door. Without even thinking that it could be recycled from the floor, I grabbed the foot towel to put on the floor only to have puke remnants flying all over me and the bathroom.Im guessing the cleaner towel that was also left on the bathroom floor that my kid used to dry off after the shower was put up as well.And it took a lengthy discussion with pictures at the Reception to ask for clean towels and to explain how no one in hospitality industry ever does such a thing.Also, less relevant - hand soap dispenser didnt have soap liquid even after the room was cleaned. So lucky for us, we had a small hotel hand held soap to wash hands with, available at least.Anyhow, the first night, we booked the hotel via booking.com (spent a total 3 nights in the end) because our car broke down.We booked a suite and a superior double room for 2 adults and 4 small kids (3-10 years).Then the Hotel wanted to charge extra because small kids count as adults even though on booking.com this Hotel says, kids count as adults from age 13.We then had to extend our stay for another night - booking.com offered exact same option for exact same price for 2 adults and 4 kids but the Hotel was asking for EUR46 per person extra.Third night we had to extend the stay again and after asking whether we book it via booking.com for same price offered again and again or they just give it to us. Took the Receptionist 20 minutes to discuss this nonsense with Manager as to why booking.com offers one price and how we should call and tell booking.com to charge what the Hotel charges.
