  : Good location. The receptionist was kind and polite. I think it can be a good hotel in principle, but in our case it was very disappointing.
  : Before booking, I had a good look at all the available room types on Booking.com and chose the "Apartment" type, which is a spacious two-room accommodation for up to 4 people with a good design. We were only two, but I paid the higher price because we were going for a very special occasion. We ended up with a much smaller room for 2 people with a poorer design. Probably the worst room they had, noisy, we couldn't sleep well. On arrival, I reported the problem and that this was not what I paid and why I paid the higher price, but they claimed full occupancy and could not change the room. It was all blamed on Booking.com and that the pictures were mixed up between room types. This is not true, the one I prepaid for was obviously a totally different room in a higher category but I assume that they gave it to someone else who was staying for more nights with more people than we did. We got a cheap complimentary wine but they didn't even think of refunding us.

  : Excellent location in the heart of Pecs. Superb breakfast, even for vegans/vegetarians. Beautiful and spacious rooms with plenty of facilities. The apartment we booked was unfortunately given to someone else. However, Petra was kind enough to upgrade us to the next best apartment that matched our fancy.

  : Very friendly staff, big enough room. Location is excellent.
  : Rooms need a deep clean. For example old almond left in a corner, used wine cork under the sofa can be dangerous things for a toddler to find. Wall plugs are not child proof either. It is however advertised as a family and child friendly place. Sounds are very loud in the room coming from the hallway.

  : Great location near the central square. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Spacious room. Safe parking. Helpful friendly staff spoke English.
  : Tricky to get to due to roadworks. We didnt know if was ok to go the wrong way up a one way street (sign needs to be covered)Bed side lights are bonkers and useless for reading

  : The apartment was new, very nicely furnished and well equipped. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel is well located very close to the city center. We appreciated the parking in the yard.
