  : Off-central location on a quiet residential street. Easy to park along the street if no spots are available at the property. A/C works well.
  : Disappointed with the rental. It may work as a one-night stopover but is not suitable for longer-term stays without upgrades. Our top-floor apartment was under-fitted and lacked basic fixtures: no shower curtain (!), no towel hangers and shelves in the bathroom, one soap dispenser and trash can for the bathroom and toilet, no mirror in the toilet. We got a bathroom rug and extra towels only upon request, as our family of 2+2 was provided with only 2 face towels. We booked late and knew we were getting a pitched roof apartment but it's so low taller people like me cannot convenientlu use the kitchen annex or the bathroom. Breakfasts advertised as "continental" were terrible, just the cheapest supermarket stuff like wheat toast bread, alu jam/butter, canned meat or salami - same stuff every day. There were days when quanity was not enough for our family (e.g. 2 croissants for 4 people). You're better off getting breakfast elsewhere. If you are at Heviz for the thermal lake baths, be aware the lake is 30 minutes walk away and uphill on the way back.

  : Good apartman, whirlpool at disposal if someone like it.
  : I would appreciatate breakfast earlier, 8:30 is little bit late if you have planned some travelling. Also some fresh pastry and small change in sortiment/daily basket would be nice. Toilet had some leaks before we entered and all windows and balcony in bedroom needs techical service. Some of them not possible open, ventilation window is hard to close.

  : Nothing to like. I would not recommend this place.
  : Old dated furniture, very dirty place, stained towels and bed linen. Full of mosquitos. Breakfast was horrible, some very cheap things thrown in a basket you had to pick up for yourself from the lobby.
