: It is in the quiet street, not so far from the centrum od Heviz. The host is really kind, no problem with communication.

: We liked - The friendly host; - The fact that it was one of the rare pet-friendly accommodation places where we could take also our kitten; - The location of the house that is close to the lake, the centre, around multiple restaurants and also not far from the wine hill; - The view from our balcony
: We didn't like our neighbours. We could not appreciate that in two rooms the neighbours were smoking on their balconies, and the smoke was reaching also our rooms through the window. Also, the guest house is not only pet-friendly but unfortunately also loud-children-friendly. The kids in the neighbouring room were loud, shouting and didn't have any understanding of how to behave. I know that the host can't do a preliminary screening of all guests, but maybe it can be asked not to smoke on the balconies and be quiet and respectful towards other guests.

: Great locality about 5-10 mins walk to center and thermal lake. Silent place in apparmental area. appartment in ground floor well sized (3 bedrooms), Beds with good matraces, terase (balcony), good kitchen equiment. Parking possible inside the back court for smaller cars or in the street with no problem.
: Some usual maintenance and cleaning could be done slightly better - silicon sealing around the bath tube, top of the futniture at hehights etc.

: Did not have a chance to like anything
: We looked for a cosy apartment with a stable wi-fi, which was crucial for us. Upon arrival we have found out that the modem was broken and that there was no internet at all. Had to accept the host's offer to move to another location which was definitely of lower class
