: Convenience, location, cleanliness, A/C, mosquito nets, welcome drink, parking available, floats for the lake, price and kind host. Relatively close to the lake by car or waking. We chose this place because we already knew the host and we knew we were going to have a good time in her place.
: The only detail regarding the apartment was that you cannot leave the shower running while you take a shower because all the water overflows and the bathroom floor gets all wet. We had to place a very thick towel outside the shower to avoid this. And something that we didn't like but the host had no way of controlling, it was that upstairs neighbors were repairing their apartment, therefore, if you wanted to rest little bit during the day, you couldn't because of the noise.

: The apartment is clean and nice, with everything you need. The position is also very good.
: The owner cannot speak English at all and the communication with her regarding my arrival was not easy (she texted me multiple times many days before my stay to know at what time I was planning to arrive and she even called me and put the phone down on me when I answered in English).

: Easy & flexible check-in. Smooth communication with the host. Cozy, comfortable and well-equipped apartment, in a nice quiet area. Free parking on the street. I can highly recommend it! We would certainly stay here again if we came to Hvz in the future. We're really happy that we found it.
: I can't think of any major issue, but I'll mention a few small inconveniences. Payment is only possible in cash. Limited number of power outlets, can be tricky to charge multiple electronic devices. The bedroom & living room are darker than the kitchen (still perfect if you only stay for the night, but I wouldn't enjoy spending much time there during the day)

: The apartment has a lot of pluses, and there are 2 main minuses. It seems new, well thought of. Many details, you can find almost anything you want in the apartment. Good bed, comfortable sofa, 4K TV, 2 air conditioners, 2 coffee machines. Brilliant! Excellent value for money. We went in town, and we found one of the best pizzas we had eaten.
: .2 main BUT''s:1. Horrible internet connection. It's completely useless. It's like having no internet. I am sorry I spent an hour trying to get it to work, to no avail.2. The hostess doesn't speak ANY English. Whatever problem you may have, forget it, you can only manage on your own. She is well intentioned, but she spoke incessantly in Hungarian. Absolutely no communication. The apartment seems to be only for Hungarians, unfortunately.
